Technology has enormous potential to improve the systems around us — from healthcare and education to how we work, shop and live. But adding AI to an existing system does not automatically make that system better. The harder problem is understanding the humans, context and workflow first.
We research how technology can respond more intelligently to human context — cognition, behaviour, identity, emotion, expertise and environment — and how those insights can become better products and systems.
Thirty Labs wants to help make human-adaptive technology a recognised way of researching, designing and evaluating intelligent systems.
